Produced by Mynor Cano, a second-generation producer in the town of EL Chalun in Huehuetenango region, Los Naranjales beans consist of Caturra, Catuaí, Bourbon, Mundo Novo varieties. Thinking that good coffee like us is a teamwork, Mynor insists that collecting the most mature coffee is the beginning of quality. In this way, instead of collecting quickly, the process that starts with correct picking results in very tasty, clean and long-lasting beans. After harvesting, the seeds are fermented in water for 48 hours. Afterwards, they are dried on raised beds without touching the ground and sent to us. Milling process, in other words, peeling is done in their own washing stations. Finca Los Naranjales, which we buy directly, is one of our favorite Guatemala beans.
