This coffee was grown in the Sierra Mountains, in the Puebla region of Mexico. After being carefully selected, Swiss Water decaffeinated this coffee. What makes their processes exceptional and in turn makes this coffee so delicious, is that it’s free of added chemicals, only using the cleanest water. Through diffusion, it removes the caffeine without removing the flavor of the coffee. This process results in a clean and vibrant cup which maintains the full flavor of the coffee.
