This coffee is grown in the north of the Sierra Santa Nevada de the highest mountain peak in Colombia - Cristobal - Colon peak, and 10 km. from the Caribbean coast. This microclimate creates a unique taste. We chose it because it combined everything that we love Colombian coffee for: juicy malic acidity, a pleasant medium body tactilely reminiscent of cocoa, a readable bouquet. The lot has no traceability to the farmer, but has excellent taste and high quality grain. The coffee is delicious - you must try!
