The region is part of a protected forest reserve with bustling wildlife and wild plants, and here only naturally produced fertilizer is used. We have chosen coffee from 16 small coffee farms that are part of the cooperative Los Santos. The coffee berries are wet processed and dried on the farms.## Kaffa OsloCoffee is full of wonderful flavors. The coffee berry ripens slowly in height before being washed, fermented and dried. When we roast coffee, we want to highlight the best and most unique flavors of each variety and origin. Therefore, the taste will also vary during the year, depending on the season and who has refined the coffee.
