La Minita has been one of our most consistently exceptional coffees since Bill McAlpin first brought his farm’s coffee up to the US in 1988. Although our availability has been more limited recently, the quality we buy is still the very best.
Like you would expect from la Minita, this coffee is bright and full bodied, with a sweet, lasting finish. The longer, less aggressive sun drying process also yields additional complexity to this classic cup.
