Rich chocolate, honey dew melon, plum, creamy body are some ways to describe a smooth cup of Bali coffees. We like to enhance our Safari Java Blend with a good amount of Bali coffee too.
The difference between the coffee in Bali and in the rest in Indonesia is the processing method. Bali coffee is processed with the “wet” method. The wet processing means that the fruit covering the coffee bean is removed while it is still wet. Dry processing means that entire fruit is being dried. This makes the taste brighter than other coffees from the region. Cups similar to New Guinea and Celebes
