Hailing from award-winning producer Café Granja la Esperanza (Coffee Review consistently ranks their coffee as some of the best in the world), Bourbon Noir isn’t your everyday Colombian. It’s plush, decadent, and dare-we-say gothic, like a velvet painting of a panther hanging in a vampire’s boudoir. Deep notes of spiced red wine dominate, rounded off by a lingering prickly pear sweetness. We recommend drinking it in a New Orleans cemetery at 2am, but if that’s not do-able, your breakfast table will work great too.
