Clean and crisp, this delicious blend of South and Central American coffees can really sing, sing, sing. Light, bright, and swirling with the sweetness of brown sugar and honey. The light-medium roast allows the pleasant citrus-like acidity to dance atop the hints of caramel and chocolate that lead to a long-lasting aftertaste. This is a coffee with an exuberant personality, it’s hard not to be drawn in by its charms. In the roasting drum, we often pick up heavy aromas of cinnamon when the batch hits first crack, at which point we watch closely and carefully for the perfect texture and color to appear before finishing the roast.
