Imperial is our answer to the dark roast. While not as dark as the darkest night it is still a fully developed coffee with lots of deep tones. This current iteration is made from Bwayi, a coffee we have featured in the past from Matongo, Burundi. It is round, chocolatey, sweet and with fully developed sugars. While the components of Imperial will change throughout the year, the tone, style and profile will remain the same.
