Searching for superior small lot coffees, we came across a Kenya AA from the Ibonia Estate. Located less than two miles south of the town of Kiambu and sitting 5600 feet above sea level, this farm is known for soil management.
The result is a deeply complex coffee, certified by Rainforest Alliance, that is roasted with a light profile to showcase its sweet Meyer lemon acidity, highlighted by black tea notes.
